Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Drummond: Page 1, line 1 (title amendment): Delete "March 27, 2018" Insert "April 16, 2019" Page 2, line 22: Delete "March 27, 2018" Insert "April 16, 2019" Representative Drummond moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Eastman objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?"
